文章主要运用社会调研方法，从微观层面上对学生家长对义务教育的认知状况进行调研，在调研基础上发现各利益群体对义务教育发展现状不同的问题诉求，并从学生家长的政策认知能力、政策关注程度和政策反应渠道三个视角阐释了当前学生家长义务教育政策认知水平的制约因素。
文章主要運用社會調研方法，從微觀層麵上對學生傢長對義務教育的認知狀況進行調研，在調研基礎上髮現各利益群體對義務教育髮展現狀不同的問題訴求，併從學生傢長的政策認知能力、政策關註程度和政策反應渠道三箇視角闡釋瞭噹前學生傢長義務教育政策認知水平的製約因素。

This paper mainly uses the methods of social research,from the micro level of cognitive status of compulsory education students parents investigation,found the problem the various demands of different interest groups on the present situation of education development of obligation on the basis of the research,and from the three perspectives of the parents of the students cognitive ability,policy policy attention and policy reaction channels explained the restricting factors the cognitive level of students' parents of compulsory education policy.
