EPS 系统可有效提高车辆的转向性能,同时具有节能、环保、结构紧凑、控制效果好等一系列优势,是车辆转向系统技术研究的热点之一。本文基于车辆二自由度转向模型和 EPS 系统动力学模型,推导了装备 PID 控制 EPS 系统车辆的瞬态响应公式。在此基础上,针对车辆瞬态操纵稳定性的评价指标,分析了 EPS 系统控制参数对车辆瞬态操稳性的影响规律,为实际工程中 EPS 系统控制参数的设计提供参考。

EPS system can effectively improve the steering performance of the vehicle and also has the advantages of energy conservation,pro -environment,compact and easy to control,which is one of the research hotspot of the vehicle steering system. Based on the two DOFs steering model of the vehicle and the dynamic model of the EPS system,the paper deduced the transient response fumula of the vehicle which equipped with PID -control type EPS system.Aimed at the evaluating indicators of the vehicle transient steering stability,the influence disciplinarian of the EPS controlling parameters to the vehicle transient steering stability were discussed,which can provide design reference to the controlling parameters of the EPS system in practical engineering.
