目的:观察不同剂量的山楂叶总黄酮( HLF)对糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂代谢的影响。方法采用高糖高脂饲料喂养并腹腔注射链脲佐菌素( STZ)建立大鼠糖尿病模型,血糖≥16.7mmol/L,认为糖尿病模型建立成功。分别给予山楂叶总黄酮低剂量组(50mg/kg)、中剂量组(100mg/kg)、高剂量组(200mg/kg),观察山楂叶总黄酮对糖尿病大鼠体重、血糖及血脂等指标的作用。结果与正常组相比,模型组血糖、血脂成分甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(TC)水平明显升高(P<0.05),大鼠体重明显降低(P<0.01),提示糖尿病大鼠模型建立成功;给药6周后,给药组与模型组相比,山楂叶总黄酮50mg/kg 、100mg/kg 、200mg/kg 组,血糖明显降低( P<0.05),大鼠体重明显改善(P<0.05);给予山楂叶总黄酮200mg/kg组,TG、TC明显减低(P<0.05)。结论山楂叶总黄酮具有降低糖尿病大鼠血糖血脂的作用,对糖尿病具有一定的防治功效。

목적:관찰불동제량적산사협총황동( HLF)대당뇨병대서혈당、혈지대사적영향。방법채용고당고지사료위양병복강주사련뇨좌균소( STZ)건립대서당뇨병모형,혈당≥16.7mmol/L,인위당뇨병모형건립성공。분별급여산사협총황동저제량조(50mg/kg)、중제량조(100mg/kg)、고제량조(200mg/kg),관찰산사협총황동대당뇨병대서체중、혈당급혈지등지표적작용。결과여정상조상비,모형조혈당、혈지성분감유삼지(TG)、담고순(TC)수평명현승고(P<0.05),대서체중명현강저(P<0.01),제시당뇨병대서모형건립성공;급약6주후,급약조여모형조상비,산사협총황동50mg/kg 、100mg/kg 、200mg/kg 조,혈당명현강저( P<0.05),대서체중명현개선(P<0.05);급여산사협총황동200mg/kg조,TG、TC명현감저(P<0.05)。결론산사협총황동구유강저당뇨병대서혈당혈지적작용,대당뇨병구유일정적방치공효。
ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the effects of different dosages of hawthorn leaves flavonoids ( HLF) on blood glucose and serum lipid in diabetic rats.Methods The diabetic rat model was established by feeding high sugar and fat chow and intraperitoneal injection of streprozotocin ( STZ,40mg/kg).The body weight,fasting blood glucose (FBG),serum lipid level and visceral index were measured after the rats were treated with the different dosages of HLF (50mg/kg、100mg/kg、200mg/kg).Results Compared with the nor-mal group,the levels of FBG,glycerin three greases ( TG) cholesterol ( TC) obviously increased in diabetic model group (P<0.05).However,the body weight obviously decreased in diabetic rats (P<0.01).After treatment of HLF for 6 weeks,three dosages (50mg/kg,100mg/kg,200mg/kg) of HLF groups showed a signifi-cant decrease in FBG level and a significant increase in the body weight of rats ( P<0 .05 ) ,compared with the diabetic model group.HLF(200mg/kg)significantly decreased serum TG and TC levels (P<0.05).Conclu-sion These results indicated that HLF can decrease the levels of blood glucose and serum lipid in diabetic rats, which provided a cue for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
