目的:探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠( TSN)对糖尿病( DM)大鼠心肌的保护作用。方法建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,分组给予TSN8W后,检测血清和心肌组织中总抗氧化能力( TAC)、丙二醛( MDA)、巯基( SH)、一氧化氮( NO)的含量,血清中肌酸激酶( CK)、乳酸脱氢酶( LDH)和心肌肌钙蛋白I( cTnI)的含量变化。结果TSN能减低DM大鼠血清CK、LDH和cTnI的含量,明显降低DM大鼠血清和心肌MDA(P<0.01),提高TAC、SH、NO含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论TSN对糖尿病大鼠心肌具有保护作用,其机制可能与抑制氧化应激有关。

목적:탐토단삼동ⅡA광산납( TSN)대당뇨병( DM)대서심기적보호작용。방법건립2형당뇨병대서모형,분조급여TSN8W후,검측혈청화심기조직중총항양화능력( TAC)、병이철( MDA)、구기( SH)、일양화담( NO)적함량,혈청중기산격매( CK)、유산탈경매( LDH)화심기기개단백I( cTnI)적함량변화。결과TSN능감저DM대서혈청CK、LDH화cTnI적함량,명현강저DM대서혈청화심기MDA(P<0.01),제고TAC、SH、NO함량(P<0.05,P<0.01)。결론TSN대당뇨병대서심기구유보호작용,기궤제가능여억제양화응격유관。
ABSTRACT:Objective To study the cardiac protective affects of sodium tanshinone A sulfonate ( TSN) on myocardium in diabetic rats.Mteh ods The rat model of type 2 diabetes was established and TSN was admin-istrated in different group.After 8 weeks, the contents of total antioxidant capacity (TAC),malondialdehyde ( MDA) ,sulfhydryl ( SH) and nitric oxide ( NO) in the serum and myocardial tissue were measured.The con-tents of serum creatine kinase in serum (CK),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) were also tested.Results TSN treatment decreased the contents of CK、LDH and cTnI TSN.also decreased the contents of MDA of serum and cardiac and increased the contents of TAC,SH and NO in DM rats (P <0.05, P<0.01) .Conclusion These results suggested that TSN has a protective effect on myocardium in diabetic rats through its inhibition of cardiac oxidative stress.
