为探讨 Ti6 Al4 V 合金在不同浓度磷酸盐体系中进行微弧氧化(MAO)后的性能,本实验利用 X 射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、涡流测厚仪以及电化学工作站等对生成膜层的物相组成、显微形貌、厚度以及耐腐蚀性能等进行研究。结果表明:所制备的微弧氧化膜结构呈表面粗糙,内部致密,含锐钛矿、金红石以及少量羟基磷灰石。随磷酸二氢钾浓度升高,金红石及羟基磷灰石相增多;微弧氧化膜厚度增大到一定值后不再发生变化;微弧氧化致密层与疏松层比例发生变化,增厚的疏松层表面孔增多且孔径增大,降低了膜层的耐腐蚀性能。
為探討 Ti6 Al4 V 閤金在不同濃度燐痠鹽體繫中進行微弧氧化(MAO)後的性能,本實驗利用 X 射線衍射儀、掃描電鏡、渦流測厚儀以及電化學工作站等對生成膜層的物相組成、顯微形貌、厚度以及耐腐蝕性能等進行研究。結果錶明:所製備的微弧氧化膜結構呈錶麵粗糙,內部緻密,含銳鈦礦、金紅石以及少量羥基燐灰石。隨燐痠二氫鉀濃度升高,金紅石及羥基燐灰石相增多;微弧氧化膜厚度增大到一定值後不再髮生變化;微弧氧化緻密層與疏鬆層比例髮生變化,增厚的疏鬆層錶麵孔增多且孔徑增大,降低瞭膜層的耐腐蝕性能。
위탐토 Ti6 Al4 V 합금재불동농도린산염체계중진행미호양화(MAO)후적성능,본실험이용 X 사선연사의、소묘전경、와류측후의이급전화학공작참등대생성막층적물상조성、현미형모、후도이급내부식성능등진행연구。결과표명:소제비적미호양화막결구정표면조조,내부치밀,함예태광、금홍석이급소량간기린회석。수린산이경갑농도승고,금홍석급간기린회석상증다;미호양화막후도증대도일정치후불재발생변화;미호양화치밀층여소송층비례발생변화,증후적소송층표면공증다차공경증대,강저료막층적내부식성능。
In order to explore the performance of Ti6 Al4 V alloy after being micro -arc oxidized (MAO)in differ-ent concentrations of phosphate system,X -ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy (SEM),thickness gauge and electrochemical workstation are used to detect the phase composition,microstructure,thickness and corrosion resistance of the MAO film.Results show that the MAO film surface is rough with a porous structure, and is composed of anatase,rutile and a small amount of hydroxyapatite.With increasing of the potassium di-hydrogen phosphate concentration,the amount of the hydroxyapatite phase increases,and thickness of the MAO film will not change again when it increases to a certain value.The density and loose layer ratio of the MAO film varies with changing of the electrolytic concentration,too.The thickened loose surface is adverse to the corrosion resistance of MAO film.
