针对高炉除尘灰对生产和环境的影响,结合泰钢的实际情况,在利用老焦化厂洗煤车间闲置的浮选机、螺旋选矿机、跳汰机、压滤机等成套的硬件设施的同时,采用一种全新高炉除尘灰综合处理工艺,使高炉除尘灰有效利用率达到100%,每100 t高炉除尘灰可提取25~42 t的铁精粉和22~30 t的炭精粉,既减少了环境污染,又进一步降低炼铁成本。
針對高爐除塵灰對生產和環境的影響,結閤泰鋼的實際情況,在利用老焦化廠洗煤車間閒置的浮選機、螺鏇選礦機、跳汰機、壓濾機等成套的硬件設施的同時,採用一種全新高爐除塵灰綜閤處理工藝,使高爐除塵灰有效利用率達到100%,每100 t高爐除塵灰可提取25~42 t的鐵精粉和22~30 t的炭精粉,既減少瞭環境汙染,又進一步降低煉鐵成本。

Considering the blast furnace dust impact on production and the environment, the flotation machine, spiral concentrator, jigger, and pressure filter are put into use again according to the production situation in Taishan steel, which have been left aside in former coal washing workshop. A new blast furnace dust comprehensive treatment technology is used to achieve 100% effective availability of the handled dust. About 25-42 t powdered iron and 22-30 t carbon powder can be made from 100 tons blast furnace dust, so that environment pollution and iron-making cost can be reduced further.
