采用新疆轮台库买提杏作为试验原料,通过对比研究自主研发的5HT-2型太阳能干燥装置(单体、串联)及温室型干燥装置的日平均温度和湿度变化规律、干燥能力来分析装置的干燥性能。结果表明, SD串联干燥装置的白天平均温度最高可达52℃,分别高出SD单体和温室干燥装置4.3℃和7.1℃;杏片在SD串联干燥装置中的干燥能力大于其他2种装置,且在第5天即可达到干燥率100%,比SD单体和温室型干燥装置分别提高了1 d和2 d;感官品质符合国家标准, SD串联干燥装置性能明显优于SD单体和温室型干燥装置的性能。

Compared the average daily variation,drying rate and drying capacity,and sensory quality changes of the development of 5HT-2 solar drying device(monomer,series)and greenhouse device are to be comparative study for filtering out a kind of drying device that is suitable for preparing dried apricots,Kumaiti apricots in Luntai of Xinjiang as a test of raw materials. The result show that the daily average temperature of SD series drying device is up to 52 ℃,is respectively higher than other two devices 4.3 ℃,7.1 ℃,drying capacity of the sliced almonds in the drying device are larger than the other two devices,and SD series drying device reaches the drying rate of 100% in 5 d,respectively improved 1 d,2 d than other two devices. Sensory quality is in line with national standards. SD series drying device is significantly better than other two devices.
