FPGA%portable%multi-channel gamma-ray spectrometer
为适应多道γ谱仪向便携式方向发展的需要,引入先进的FPGA数字集成电路技术,编制模数变换器逻辑的Verilog HDL程序,替换传统多道γ谱仪中复杂繁多的分立元器件,研制了新型便携式多道γ谱仪。谱仪研发中,引入FPGA技术,取代时序复杂的分立数字器件,增强了仪器的可维护性,更具适用性。测试表明:该谱仪微分非线性<2%,积分非线性<0.1%,可用于长时间野外测量。

As an advanced digital integrated circuit technology , FPGA is introduced to meet the development needs of portable multi -channel gamma-ray spectrometer , and components of discrete complex in traditional multi-channel gamma-ray spectrometer is replaced by Verilog HDL program to achieve analog to digital con-verter .Then a new type of portable multi -channel gamma-ray spectrometer is developed .In the development of this spectrometer , FPGA technology is incorporated to replace the complex discrete digital timing devices , so the maintainability of the instrument is enhanced and it is more applicable .Experimentally measured:differen-tial nonlinearity of this spectrometer is less than 2%and integral nonlinearity is less than 0.1%.Also it is suit-able for long-time field measurement .
