针对核燃料工艺运输系统人工标定效率低、精度差的不足,对一种应用于水下燃料格架自动定位的装置进行了研究。阐述了系统构成及原理,设计实现了视频引导初步定位、基于STM32单片机与电感式接近传感器完成偏差测量与自动调整的精确定位功能。并对包括系统的软硬件设计、自动控制策略及初始参数标定进行论述。经现场样机试验表明,该装置可显著提高定位精度并缩短系统调试周期,还可应用于核电站在役运行期间的系统维修后再定位及定期校准。

In view of insufficiency of present artificial calibration method for underwater spent fuel storage racks , an automatic centering device based on STM 32 single chip and inductive sensors is investigated to improve the accuracy and enhance the efficiency during commissioning , which also can be applied to periodical calibration on normal operation condition of nuclear power plants .The innovative system consists of preliminary guiding phase with video monitoring system and accurate aiming phase with closed -loop system under self -adaption control algorithm .Hardware and software、filtering and noise reduction、initiation operation are analyzed .De-signed device is tested as primarily module and results are proved satisfactory , which shortens commissioning time by more than seven days , and improves accuracy of handling and storage system .
