目的:进一步验证丹参药材中丹酚酸类成分尤其是丹酚酸B是采后干燥的产物;了解栽培过程中土壤水分状态对新鲜和阴干后丹参药材中丹酚酸类和丹参酮类成分的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定了不同土壤水分条件栽培的新鲜和采后阴干丹参样品中6种酚酸类和4种丹参酮类成分的含量。结果新鲜丹参样品中,均含有较高含量丹参酮类成分,但只有极度干旱胁迫时(土壤水势<30%),才可检测到丹酚酸B(<1%),且无其他酚酸类成分。阴干样品中丹酚酸类成分含量均显著增加,其中丹酚酸B含量达4.2%;丹参酮类成分也增加了30%以上。阴干后丹参中丹酚酸B及总酚酸含量与栽培过程中土壤水势呈现显著负相关。结论采后干燥有利于丹参中活性成分积累。丹参药材中丹酚酸类成分尤其是丹酚酸B是栽培和采后极度干旱(干燥)的产物,栽培过程中适度的干旱胁迫有利于药材中酚酸类成分的产生。

목적:진일보험증단삼약재중단분산류성분우기시단분산B시채후간조적산물;료해재배과정중토양수분상태대신선화음간후단삼약재중단분산류화단삼동류성분적영향。방법채용고효액상색보법측정료불동토양수분조건재배적신선화채후음간단삼양품중6충분산류화4충단삼동류성분적함량。결과신선단삼양품중,균함유교고함량단삼동류성분,단지유겁도간한협박시(토양수세<30%),재가검측도단분산B(<1%),차무기타분산류성분。음간양품중단분산류성분함량균현저증가,기중단분산B함량체4.2%;단삼동류성분야증가료30%이상。음간후단삼중단분산B급총분산함량여재배과정중토양수세정현현저부상관。결론채후간조유리우단삼중활성성분적루。단삼약재중단분산류성분우기시단분산B시재배화채후겁도간한(간조)적산물,재배과정중괄도적간한협박유리우약재중분산류성분적산생。
Objective To verify our previous findings that salvianolic acids(SAs), especially salvianolic acid B(SaB), in roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge( Danshen) , were the post-harvest drying induced products;and to learn the effect of soil moisture during culti-vation on contents of 6 SAs and 4 tanshinones in fresh and dried materials.Method The contents of 6 SAs and 4 tanshinones in fresh and dried samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results No SAs were detectable in fresh samples when soil moisture in the range of 30%~95%;whereas SaB was found in samples cultivated in extremely drought soil( mois-ture <30%) .Tanshinones components still remain at higher levels in fresh samples.But they increased significantly after drying, es-pecially,the SaB content reached 4.2%.Tanshinones components also increased by more than 30%.The contents of SaB and SAs in the drying roots showed a significant negative correlation with soil water potential during planting.Conclusion Post-harvest drying is conducive to the accumulation of bioactive components.All SAs in Danshen were the post-harvest drying induced products.An appro-priate drought stress during cultivation is beneficial for the raise of SAs in the herb Danshen.
