目的:建立了同时检测鸡蛋中8种四环素类药物残留的HPLC-DAD方法,建立了它们的相对保留时间和多波长检测的峰面积比值数据库,通过数据库建立了一个数据检索平台,并将其用于鸡蛋中的四环素类药物的残留的快速筛查。方法先建立起一个同时检测8种药物的HPLC-DAD色谱分析方法,然后根据所得的HPLC-DAD色谱图中对照品的信息,建立起一个包含各对照品的相对保留时间比值和多波长检测峰面积比值的数据库,并以此为基础建立起一个检索平台;实际检测时,如果样品中出现可疑物质,则可将疑似峰的保留时间和多波长检测的峰面积输入库中进行检索,达到快速筛查的目的。结果8种四环素类药物在建立的色谱条件下实现了完全分离;数字对照品检索数据库在实际检测中,显示出简单方便,准确可靠的优势。结论该方法建立的数字对照品库可以代替实际对照品,在监督现场对鸡蛋中是否含有四环素类药物残留进行快速筛查和检定。

Objective To establish a rapid determination of eight tetracycline residues in eggs by HPLC-DAD, including 4-epianhydro-tetracycline oxytraoycline, epitetracycline hydrochloride, methacycline, tetracycline, doxycycline, chlortetracycline and minocycline. Based on the HPLC-DAD spectrums, a numerical reference substance database including the adjusted relative retention times and the peak area rations was developed.A data search platform was integrated with the database and used for rapid screening of eight tetracy-cline residues in eggs.Methods Firstly, HPLC-DAD spectrums were collected.Then a numerical reference substance database in-cluding the adjusted relative retention times and the peak area rations was established.Based on this database, a digital reference sub-stance search platform was set up.For a suspicious substance in testing, we can compare its relative retention time and the peak area rations with the information in the database to identify this substance.Results 8 tetracyclines were well separated based on the chrom-atographic conditions.This method has been successfully applied to real sample analysis.Conclusion The reference substance data-base can be used to rapidly screen the eggs to judge whether the tetracycline residues are in eggs when surveillance on-site .
