目的：探讨脊髓型颈椎病（ Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy，CSM）非手术综合治疗的临床疗效。方法从该科1990—2010年间收治的脊髓型颈椎病患者中筛选出1089例，依据患者治疗方案，将患者分为药物理疗牵引推拿组、药物理疗推拿组、药物理疗牵引组、药物理疗组，进行临床疗效分析。结果（1）非手术综合治疗CSM优良率为72．82％，有效率为98．26％。（2）根据病情，联合药物、理疗、牵引和推拿等多种疗法综合治疗CSM疗效较药物理疗牵引组、药物理疗推拿组及药物理疗组更佳。结论非手术综合治疗CSM可取得较满意的临床效果，可作为CSM早期患者首选治疗方法。
목적：탐토척수형경추병（ Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy，CSM）비수술종합치료적림상료효。방법종해과1990—2010년간수치적척수형경추병환자중사선출1089례，의거환자치료방안，장환자분위약물리료견인추나조、약물리료추나조、약물리료견인조、약물리료조，진행림상료효분석。결과（1）비수술종합치료CSM우량솔위72．82％，유효솔위98．26％。（2）근거병정，연합약물、리료、견인화추나등다충요법종합치료CSM료효교약물리료견인조、약물리료추나조급약물리료조경가。결론비수술종합치료CSM가취득교만의적림상효과，가작위CSM조기환자수선치료방법。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of non-operative treatment on Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy.Methods To ob-serve the clinical effects of 1089 cases with CSM in terms of drug,physical therapy,manipulation and traction between 1990 to 2010. Results The rate of good effect of non-operative treatment for CSM is 72.82%,and the effective rate is 98.26%.And the clinical effects of the comprehensive treatment of drug,physical therapy ,massage of the neck and cervical traction are better than other non-op-erative treatments.Conclusion Non-operative treatment of CSM can achieve satisfactory clinical results,and it can be used as the pre-ferred treatments of patients with CSM.
