指出采空区塌陷一直是影响山西省电力线路安全运行的重大隐患,分析了煤矿地下开采对山西省地面输电杆塔的影响,提出了采动区输电线路规划设计技术,形成了线路通过沉陷区设计的技术方案,分析了采动区地基与基础的设计方法,总结了采后区输电线路的维修与治理方案,可为类似工程提供参考。

Coal mining area subsidence is a major hidden trouble to the safe operation of the electric transmission line in Shanxi Province. This paper analyzed the impact of the underground coal mining on the ground transmission tower in Shanxi Province. The planning and design technique of transmission line in mining area was proposed. The technical scheme for transmission line over mining subsidence area was formed. The design method of ground and foundation in mining subsidence area was analyzed. Maintenance and treatment scheme of transmission line after coal mining were summarized. The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
