目的：探讨肾上腺神经鞘瘤的临床特点、影像学和实验室检查表现及其治疗方法和预后。方法对2例肾上腺神经鞘瘤临床资料进行回顾性分析，并与国外文献报道的病例结合进行研究。结果2例术前超声、CT及其他影像学检查均提示肾上腺区占位，无特异性表现。血及尿实验室检查均无明显特异性表现。均行手术治疗，其中腹腔镜手术和经腰开放手术各1例，术后病理均证实为良性肾上腺神经鞘瘤。术后随访24～36个月，未见肿瘤复发，患者均健康存活。结论肾上腺神经鞘瘤是临床罕见的肿瘤，复发少，预后良好，其诊断依赖于病理学检查，对肾上腺区体积较大的肿物应考虑到本病的可能，手术切除是本病主要治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation , prognosis and treatment of adrenal schwannoma .Methods The clinical date of 2 cases of adrenal schwannoma in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed .Results 1 case underwent open sur-gical resection of the tumor , another case underwent laparoscopy operation .The adrenal tumors were pathologically confirmed schwan-noma.Ultrasound, CT and other imaging studies suggested adrenal tumors but provided no specific signs in both cases .No remarkable findings were recognized in the patients blood and urine examination , including adrenal function .No tumor recurrence was showed after follow-up of 24-36 months.Conclusion Adrenal schwannoma is a rare adrenal gland tumor .The prognosis is good with very little recurrence .Diagnosis is primarily on pathological examination .Surgical resection is the main treatment .
