目的：探讨胃镜下套扎术在胃异位胰腺中的治疗效果。方法应用Olympus胃镜＋COOK套扎器，对胃异位胰腺15例行套扎治疗。结果15例中14例一次套扎成功，1例术后第2天脱落，再次套扎成功。术后未见出血、穿孔等并发症发生。术后7～8d复查胃镜，病灶脱落，创面愈合良好，术后3个月及1年分别随访，行胃镜检查未见复发。结论内镜下套扎术治疗胃异位胰腺是一种安全、有效的方法。
목적：탐토위경하투찰술재위이위이선중적치료효과。방법응용Olympus위경＋COOK투찰기，대위이위이선15례행투찰치료。결과15례중14례일차투찰성공，1례술후제2천탈락，재차투찰성공。술후미견출혈、천공등병발증발생。술후7～8d복사위경，병조탈락，창면유합량호，술후3개월급1년분별수방，행위경검사미견복발。결론내경하투찰술치료위이위이선시일충안전、유효적방법。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ligation heterotopic pancreas in the stomach under endoscopy . Methods Applications Olympus gastroscopy and COOK ligation device for 15 cases of gastric heterotopic pancreas underwent ligation . Results 15 patients had 14 cases of disposable ligation success , one patient ligation ring after the first two days off , once again suc-cessfully ligation, no postoperative bleeding , perforation and other complications .7-8 days after endoscopy , the lesions were off and the wound healed well .No recurrence was found with follow-up endoscopy after three months and one year , respectively .Conclusion Ligation treatment of gastric heterotopic pancreas is a safe and effective method .
