减少凝汽器铜管腐蚀泄漏对火电厂安全运行非常重要。阐述了制造、安装和运行引起凝汽器铜管腐蚀的情况,分析了腐蚀产生的原因,对残碳膜、内应力、外应力、微生物腐蚀、水质控制和腐蚀监测等主要影响因素进行了探讨,提出了相应解决办法。

It was important to reduce the condenser brass tubes leakage caused by corrosion for the safe operation of the thermal power plant. The situations of the corrosion caused by manufacture,installation and operation of brass tubes were described in this paper. The causes of corrosion were analyzed,the main influence factors such as residual carbon film,internal stress, external stress,microbial corrosion,water quality control and corrosion monitoring were discussed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.
