Yangxue injection%Salvianic acid A sodium%HPLC
目的：建立HPLC法测定养血注射液中丹参素钠含量的方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱（200mm ×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇－0．5％冰醋酸＝12∶88的水溶液系统为流动相，流速1mL? min －1，进样量20μL，柱温32℃，检测波长280nm。结果丹参素钠在10～200μg? mL －1线性关系良好（r＝0．9997），平均加样回收率为99．68％，（RSD＝3．0％）。结论本法简单易行，精确，可用于丹参素钠的质量控制。

목적：건립HPLC법측정양혈주사액중단삼소납함량적방법。방법채용Diamonsil C18색보주（200mm ×4．6mm，5μm），이갑순－0．5％빙작산＝12∶88적수용액계통위류동상，류속1mL? min －1，진양량20μL，주온32℃，검측파장280nm。결과단삼소납재10～200μg? mL －1선성관계량호（r＝0．9997），평균가양회수솔위99．68％，（RSD＝3．0％）。결론본법간단역행，정학，가용우단삼소납적질량공제。
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Salvianic acid A so-dium in Yangxue injection.METHODS The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Diamonds C 18 (200mm ×4.6mm,5μm)column with methanol-0.5%glacial acetic acid as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL? min -1, the sample amount was 20μL and the column temperature was maintained at 32℃,the detective wavelength was set at 280nm.RESULTS There was good linear relationship in the range of 10~200μg? mL-1(R=0.9997).The av-erage recovery was 99.68%with RSD of 3.0%.CONCLUSION This method is sample ,accurate and can be used for quality control of Salvianic acid A sodium .
