近年来关于银屑病发病机制的研究取得了较大进展,本次研究以国内万方、维普、中国知网以及国外PUBMED作为检索文献库，检索近5年国内过关于银屑病中免疫细胞因子的作用相关文献。通过T淋巴细胞活化的场所、T淋巴细胞的亚群、超抗原的作用、抗原提呈细胞作用、树突状细胞的作用（树突状细胞、表皮的LC）为纵轴、相关文献检索结果为横轴，探讨了银屑病的免疫细胞活化研究的进展。我们认为随着免疫学的进展,T淋巴细胞起着非常重要的角色,T淋巴细胞介导银屑病的发病。

Objective In recent years, great progress has been made a study on the pathogenesis of psoriasis, so the purpose of this study was to investigate the progress of immune cytokines in psoriasis. In the domestic Wanfang, VIP, China HowNet and foreign PUBMED as the retrieval literature database retrieval in recent 5 years, domestic related literature on the role of immune cytokines in psoriasis. We through the activation of T lymphocytes, T lymphocytes subsets in place, the role of superantigens, antigen presenting cell function, the role of dendritic cells (den-dritic cells, epidermal LC) search results as the horizontal longitudinal axis, the related literature, discuss the progress of study on activation of immune cells in psoriasis. We believe that with the advances in immunology, T lymphocytes play a very important role in the pathogenesis of psoria-sis, mediated by T lymphocyte.
