目的：分析肝细胞生长因子（HGF）和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）在胃肠癌中的表达与临床意义。方法采用免疫组化和原位杂交技术检测胃肠癌患者HGF和bFGF的表达水平，并与胃肠癌临床病理指标进行相关性分析。结果 HGF和bFGF与肿瘤浸润深度、脉管侵犯、远处转移和淋巴结转移等指标之间具有明显相关性，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 HGF和bFGF能够促进胃肠癌血管生成，参与病灶转移过程，对于胃肠癌诊断、治疗及预后具有重要临床参考价值。
목적：분석간세포생장인자（HGF）화감성성섬유세포생장인자（bFGF）재위장암중적표체여림상의의。방법채용면역조화화원위잡교기술검측위장암환자HGF화bFGF적표체수평，병여위장암림상병리지표진행상관성분석。결과 HGF화bFGF여종류침윤심도、맥관침범、원처전이화림파결전이등지표지간구유명현상관성，차이구유현저성（P＜0.05）。결론 HGF화bFGF능구촉진위장암혈관생성，삼여병조전이과정，대우위장암진단、치료급예후구유중요림상삼고개치。
Objective To analyze the expression and clinical signiifcance of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and basic ifbroblast growth factor (bFGF) in gastrointestinal cancer. Method Detected the levesl of HGF and bFGF expressions in patients with gastrointestinal cancer by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization technique, and analyzed the correlation between the clinical and pathological of gastrointestinal cancer index. Result HGF and bFGF had obvious correlation wih the depth of tumor invasion, vascular invasion, distant metastasis and lymph node metastasis and other indicators, the difference was signiifcant (P < 0.05). Conclusion HGF and bFGF can promote gastrointestinal cancer angiogenesis, involved in focal shift process, for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gastrointestinal cancer has important clinical reference value.
