以 Ravigneaux 式复合行星轮系为研究对象,基于集中参数理论,建立采用中心浮动构件的非线性动力学模型;通过计算传动系统的均载系数,获得各齿轮啮合误差与均载系数的关系曲线,进而分析安装误差和偏心误差对系统均载特性的影响。分析结果表明:行星轮的安装误差会导致行星轮出现持续的“偏载”,而行星轮的偏心误差则会导致相应啮合副在运动过程中出现较大的冲击;如果合理布置行星轮的误差,使得其相对于系统的旋转中心呈辐射状对称,将能大大降低行星轮的误差对系统均载性能的影响。
以 Ravigneaux 式複閤行星輪繫為研究對象,基于集中參數理論,建立採用中心浮動構件的非線性動力學模型;通過計算傳動繫統的均載繫數,穫得各齒輪齧閤誤差與均載繫數的關繫麯線,進而分析安裝誤差和偏心誤差對繫統均載特性的影響。分析結果錶明:行星輪的安裝誤差會導緻行星輪齣現持續的“偏載”,而行星輪的偏心誤差則會導緻相應齧閤副在運動過程中齣現較大的遲擊;如果閤理佈置行星輪的誤差,使得其相對于繫統的鏇轉中心呈輻射狀對稱,將能大大降低行星輪的誤差對繫統均載性能的影響。

A non-linear dynamics model of Ravigneaux compound planetary gear sets which adopts the intermediate floating component is set up based on the theory of the concentrated parameter. By considering the position errors and eccentric errors, the load sharing coefficients of the gear sets are calculated. The curves of the relationships between the mesh errors and the load sharing coefficients of the gear sets are obtained and the impact of these influence factors on the load sharing characteristic is analyzed. The research results show that the position errors of planet gear can lead to the planet gear with persistent partial load, and the eccentric errors of planet gear will lead the corresponding meshing pair to have a greater impact in the process of movement. By reasonable distributing the errors of the planet gears in radial symmetry, it will be able to reduce the effect of mesh errors of the planet gear to load sharing characteristics.
