为降低成本并提高国内绝缘行业的技术水平,对大型发电机定子线棒VPI用绝缘材料进行国产化应用研究。以美国Hexion浸渍漆的性能指标为标准,检测了国产浸渍漆的各项性能、浸渍漆的贮存稳定性;以瑞士丰罗少胶云母带的性能指标为标准,检测了国产少胶云母带的电气性能、力学性能、透气性、促进剂含量和包扎工艺性能。检测结果表明:国产VPI绝缘材料(浸渍漆和少胶云母带)的各项性能都达到国外同类材料的性能指标要求。利用优选出的VPI绝缘材料制作铝排试验线棒,检测试验线棒的介损、介损增量、热态介损、电气强度和电老化性能。检测结果表明,铝排试验线棒的各项性能指标都达到试验要求。

To reduce cost and improve the technology level of domestic insulation industry, we studied the application of domestic VPI insulating materials in large generator stator bar. Using the performance index of American Hexion impregnating varnish as standard, we tested the various properties and storage stability of the domestic impregnating varnish. Using the performance index of Switzerland Vonroll dry mica tape as standard, we tested the electrical property, mechanical properties, air permeability, accelerant content, and wrapping processibility of the domestic dry mica tape. The test results show that the proper-ties of the domestic impregnating varnish and dry mica tape can meet the performance index of similar foreign materials. Aluminum bars were prepared by the optimized domestic VPI insulating materials, and their dielectric loss factor, dielectric loss increment, dielectric loss factor at high temperature, electric strength, and electrical ageing performance were tested. The test results show that the various perfor-mance indexes of the aluminum bars could meet the test requirements.
