The hydropower station is located in tropical rainforest climate zone of the equator line with the annual mean relative humidity of 90 percent.Presents the design references,project overview and difficulties encountered.During design scheme stage,the measurement data of temperature and humidity are close to the calculated results by estimated method.Presents the calculation of heat release of devices and lighting,and the design of air distribution.Expounds the adopted technical measures,including temperature and humidity independent control,large temperature difference water system,safeguard measures of air distribution,environmental influence analysis under the condition of non-conventional power generation with pressurized water,ventilation and smoke exhaust measures.
