目的：探讨子宫肌瘤剥除术中应用垂体后叶素及缩宫素止血的效果。方法2011年1月至2013年12月在我院妇科住院的子宫肌瘤患者60例，随机分为垂体后叶素组和缩宫素组，每组30例，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量及用药前后平均动脉压和心率的变化。结果垂体后叶素组手术时间显著短于缩宫素组；术中出血量垂体后叶素组少于缩宫素组，二者差异有显著性；注射后15min 垂体后叶素组平均动脉压和心率上升明显，与缩宫素组相比有显著性差异（P＜0．05），但在30min和45min时，两组平均动脉压和心率差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论垂体后叶素局部注射止血效果肯定，在腹腔镜下子宫肌壁间肌瘤剔除术中的止血效果优于缩宫素。
목적：탐토자궁기류박제술중응용수체후협소급축궁소지혈적효과。방법2011년1월지2013년12월재아원부과주원적자궁기류환자60례，수궤분위수체후협소조화축궁소조，매조30례，비교량조수술시간、술중출혈량급용약전후평균동맥압화심솔적변화。결과수체후협소조수술시간현저단우축궁소조；술중출혈량수체후협소조소우축궁소조，이자차이유현저성；주사후15min 수체후협소조평균동맥압화심솔상승명현，여축궁소조상비유현저성차이（P＜0．05），단재30min화45min시，량조평균동맥압화심솔차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론수체후협소국부주사지혈효과긍정，재복강경하자궁기벽간기류척제술중적지혈효과우우축궁소。
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To explore the hemostatic effect of pituitrin and oxytocin in laparoscopic hysteromyoma decollement.METHODS 60 cases with hysteromyoma hospitalized in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into pituitrin group and oxytocin group with 30 cases in each group.The operative time, operative bleeding and changes in mean arterial blood pressure and heart rate before and after the injection were com -pared.RESULTS The operative time of pituitrin group was significantly shorter than Oxytocin group;the operative bleeding of pituitrin group was smaller than Oxytocin group;after 15 min in injection ,mean arterial pressure and heart rate in Pituitrin group increased obviously ,which had significant difference compared with those in oxytocin group ( P<0.05).but in 30 min and 45min,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).CONCLUSION Pi-tuitrin has good hemostasis effect in local injection ,and more effective than Oxytocin in Laparoscopic Myomectomy to intramuraI hysteromyoma .
