目的:建立检查卡莫氟片有关物质的高效液相色谱法。方法采用 HPLC 法,以 SHIMADZU VP-ODS(4.6mm ×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.25%醋酸溶液(80∶20),流速1.0mL? min -1,检测波长为258nm。结果卡莫氟在0.0326μg? mL -1~5.868μg? mL -1(r=1.000)浓度范围内与其卡莫氟峰面积比呈良好的线性关系。测定样品显示较好的重现性,氟尿嘧啶以及各个杂质与主峰能完全分离。结论本文方法准确、快速,适合于卡莫氟片的质量控制。

목적:건립검사잡막불편유관물질적고효액상색보법。방법채용 HPLC 법,이 SHIMADZU VP-ODS(4.6mm ×250mm,5μm)색보주,류동상위갑순-0.25%작산용액(80∶20),류속1.0mL? min -1,검측파장위258nm。결과잡막불재0.0326μg? mL -1~5.868μg? mL -1(r=1.000)농도범위내여기잡막불봉면적비정량호적선성관계。측정양품현시교호적중현성,불뇨밀정이급각개잡질여주봉능완전분리。결론본문방법준학、쾌속,괄합우잡막불편적질량공제。
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE Establish inspection comer fluorine piece of related substances of high performance liquid chromatography.METHODS The SHIMADZU VP-ODS (4.6mm ×250mm,including 5μm) chromatograph-ic column,mobile phase of methanol (20∶80~0.25%acetic acid solution,the flow rate of 1.0mL? min-1,detection wavelength of 258 nm.RESULTS The comer fluorine in including 0.0326 g? mL-1 ~including 5.868 g? mL-1 ( r=1.000 ) concentration range with comer fluorine peak area ratio had good linear relationship .Determination of sam-ples showed good reproducibility , fluorouracil , and various impurities and the main peak can completely sepa-rate.CONCLUSION In this paper,the method of accurate,fast,suitable for comer fluorine piece of quality con-trol.
