《现代商法：理论基点与规范体系》系统分析了现代商法的理论基点与规范体系，从现代法中的民法、商法、经济法三者之间的和谐相处性，以及商法自身所具有的“可综览性”语境下探讨现代商法的发展问题，在研究路径上注重商法理论的传承与发展。

《현대상법：이론기점여규범체계》계통분석료현대상법적이론기점여규범체계，종현대법중적민법、상법、경제법삼자지간적화해상처성，이급상법자신소구유적“가종람성”어경하탐토현대상법적발전문제，재연구로경상주중상법이론적전승여발전。
The book"Modern Commercial Law:Theoretical Basis and Standard System"by Professor Shuguang Zheng and co-authors has analyzed the basic theories and the systematic standards of modern commercial law. It has, thus, explored the evolution of the modern commercial law under the harmoniously interactive cases of modern civil law, commercial law and economic law, as well as under the context of commercial law’s perspective availability. In the research path, it has focused on commercial law theory’s inheritance and development.
