基于面板数据半参数模型，选取2005—2013年中国高技术产业相关数据，研究高技术企业创新绩效的影响因素，以及当企业规模不同时，会有怎样的区别。研究发现：面板数据半参数模型的拟合效果要优于一般参数模型；出口比率与创新绩效在大型和中型企业里皆呈倒U型关系；R&D经费比率与创新绩效在大型企业中呈正相关关系，而在中型企业里呈倒U型关系。
基于麵闆數據半參數模型，選取2005—2013年中國高技術產業相關數據，研究高技術企業創新績效的影響因素，以及噹企業規模不同時，會有怎樣的區彆。研究髮現：麵闆數據半參數模型的擬閤效果要優于一般參數模型；齣口比率與創新績效在大型和中型企業裏皆呈倒U型關繫；R&D經費比率與創新績效在大型企業中呈正相關關繫，而在中型企業裏呈倒U型關繫。

Based on the semi-parametric model with panel data, selected the Chinese high-tech industry-related da-ta in 2005-2013 to study the factors which influencing the innovative performance of enterprises, and when the en-terprises is not at the same size, then what would be the difference. The results found that: Firstly, the fitting ef-fect of Semi-parametric model with panel data is superior to the general parameters; secondly, the two indexes of export ratios and innovation performance in large and medium enterprises were inverted a u-shaped relationship;thirdly, R&D funding ratio was positively correlated with innovation performance in large enterprises, but an in-verted u-shaped relationship in the medium enterprise.
