为迅速查明双泉金矿区清水—苏吉泉断裂带中矿脉分布特征、矿化富集地段及矿区构造带的分布特征,扩大远景规模,在矿区开展了约4 km2的激电法勘探工作。通过对矿区视极化率和视电阻率的测量,在双泉金矿区成功圈定了1条含矿破碎带PSD3,并在破碎带内发现了2条含金矿脉,为在丘陵和戈壁滩干旱区寻找金矿床提供了一个很好的范例。实践证明,只要科学选择物探方法,合理确定技术参数,改善接地条件,运用激电法在戈壁滩干旱区,进行勘查“低阻高极化”矿体,能取得很好的找矿效果。

To quickly uncover the distribution characteristics of ore veins, enrichment sections of mineralization and distribution of tectonic belts in Qingshui-Sujiquan fault zone of Shuangquan Gold District,and to enlarge poten-tials of future mining,an induced polarization occupying 4 km2 is applied to explore the mining district.After measur-ing the parallactic polarizability and parallactic resistivity,an ore-bearing broken belt PSD3 is delineated successfully in Shuangquan Gold District and two gold-bearing ore veins are discovered in there,providing an exemplary application for gold deposits prospecting in drought areas like hilly and gobi desert terrains.Practice shows that once reasonable geophysical prospecting methods are chosen as well as reasonable technical parameters, grounding conditions im-proved,induced polarization will be a good option for prospecting"low resistivity and high polarizability"orebodies in drought areas like hilly and gobi desert terrains.
