为了使原高频焊管生产线林辛格铣边机铣出直缝钢管生产要求的X形坡口,同时解决高频焊管生产过程中刀片更换繁琐的问题,对高频焊林辛格铣边机进行了改造。自行设计了刀盘高度自动调型系统以及刀盘垂直移动结构、仿形辊和铁屑挡板。生产实践表明,改造后的铣边机不仅解决了使用过程中换刀繁琐问题,而且能在生产高频焊管时铣出需要的高频钝边坡口,还能铣出直缝埋弧焊管生产要求的X形坡口,且坡口质量高。
為瞭使原高頻銲管生產線林辛格鐉邊機鐉齣直縫鋼管生產要求的X形坡口,同時解決高頻銲管生產過程中刀片更換繁瑣的問題,對高頻銲林辛格鐉邊機進行瞭改造。自行設計瞭刀盤高度自動調型繫統以及刀盤垂直移動結構、倣形輥和鐵屑擋闆。生產實踐錶明,改造後的鐉邊機不僅解決瞭使用過程中換刀繁瑣問題,而且能在生產高頻銲管時鐉齣需要的高頻鈍邊坡口,還能鐉齣直縫埋弧銲管生產要求的X形坡口,且坡口質量高。

In order to obtain X groove required in SAWL pipe production by using HFW Linsinger edge milling machine, and solve the complicated problems of changing carbide tips, the HFW Linsinger edge milling machine was modified. It designed the cutter disc height automatically adjustable type system, the cutting disc vertical movement structure, profiling roll and scrap iron plate. The practice indicated that the modified edge milling machine can solve such complicated problems of changing carbide tips, it not only can mill out high frequency root face groove, but also mill out SAWL pipe X groove with high quality.
