为了评估小菜蛾对阿维菌素和高效氯氰菊酯复配杀虫剂的抗药性风险,采用阿维菌素、高效氯氰菊酯、阿维菌素与高效氯氰菊酯复配剂分别对小菜蛾进行逐代抗性选育至 F35代,并在选育过程中对3个小菜蛾抗性品系进行抗性测定。结果表明:小菜蛾阿维菌素抗性品系的抗性指数增长最慢,且趋于平缓,高效氯氰菊酯的抗性增长最快,也最高,抗性达到极高水平,复配剂品系介于两者之间,抗性也达极高水平。
為瞭評估小菜蛾對阿維菌素和高效氯氰菊酯複配殺蟲劑的抗藥性風險,採用阿維菌素、高效氯氰菊酯、阿維菌素與高效氯氰菊酯複配劑分彆對小菜蛾進行逐代抗性選育至 F35代,併在選育過程中對3箇小菜蛾抗性品繫進行抗性測定。結果錶明:小菜蛾阿維菌素抗性品繫的抗性指數增長最慢,且趨于平緩,高效氯氰菊酯的抗性增長最快,也最高,抗性達到極高水平,複配劑品繫介于兩者之間,抗性也達極高水平。
위료평고소채아대아유균소화고효록청국지복배살충제적항약성풍험,채용아유균소、고효록청국지、아유균소여고효록청국지복배제분별대소채아진행축대항성선육지 F35대,병재선육과정중대3개소채아항성품계진행항성측정。결과표명:소채아아유균소항성품계적항성지수증장최만,차추우평완,고효록청국지적항성증장최쾌,야최고,항성체도겁고수평,복배제품계개우량자지간,항성야체겁고수평。
Abamectin,beta-cypermethrin and their mixture were used to study resistance of different P .ylostella generations (from F 0 to F35 )against abamectin, beta-cypermethrin and their mixture respectively and three P .xylostella lines with resistance to abamectin,beta-cypermethrin and their mixture were determined.The results showed that the index of P .xylostella line with resistance to abamectin increases slowly with increase of breeding generations,the index of P .xylostella line with resistance to beta-cypermethrin rises very fast with increase of breeding generations and their resistance is up to the highest level,but the index of P .xylostella lines with resistance to abamectin and beta-cypermethrin mixture is between P .xylostella line with resistance to abamectin and P .ylostella line with resistance to beta-cypermethrin and the resistance reaches the highest level also.
