简要介绍了机械式复合管的结构、性能特点及目前用于评估机械结合式双金属复合管结合强度的检测方法。通过理论分析得出了复合管结合强度与结合界面法向刚度及复合管固有频率之间的关系,并通过试验进行了验证。试验结果表明:不同结合强度的复合管振动波形衰减程度、固有频率及界面法向刚度不同,即结合强度越高复合管的界面法向刚度和固有频率越大,阻尼比越小;可以通过控制复合药量来制备不同结合强度的复合管。

In this article, it briefly introduced the structure, performance feature of mechanical composite pipe and inspection method used for mechanical bond bimetal composite pipe assessment. The relation among bonding strength, normal stiffness of bonding interface and natural frequency of composite pipe was obtained through theoretical analysis, and the relation was verified through test. The results showed that the vibration wave attenuation degree, natural frequency and interface normal stiffness are different for composite pipe with different bonding strength, that is to say, the higher bonding strength, the larger normal stiffness and natural frequency, the smaller damping ration. Test results also showed that it can prepare composite pipes with different strength by controlling composite dosage.
