以某酸轧机组中拉矫机张力辊的传动机构为研究对象,介绍了该传动机构的设备结构,重点对传动机构中的差动轮系进行了分析。在研究差动轮系工作原理的基础上,推导出张力辊主电机和延伸率电机速度的计算模型,为拉矫机传动机构的设计改进提供理论依据。

It is introduced the equipments structure of the transmit mechanism of tension roller in the stretching straightener of some pickling line and tandem cold mill, as well as analyzed in emphasis the differential gear train in this mechanism.Based on research about work principle of differential gear train, the calculation model for speeds of main motor of tension roller and elongation motor is derived out, and it offers a theoretic refer for the design improvement of the mechanism.
