承钢1780半连轧生产线通过对轧线工艺和设备控制,开发了薄规格带钢。缩小带坯中心线偏差,使粗轧更稳定;加强轧线漏水和加热温度管理,使带坯温度更均匀;按照板凸度一致的原则,控制带钢均匀变形,实现了薄规格带钢稳定生产和无平整交货。
承鋼1780半連軋生產線通過對軋線工藝和設備控製,開髮瞭薄規格帶鋼。縮小帶坯中心線偏差,使粗軋更穩定;加彊軋線漏水和加熱溫度管理,使帶坯溫度更均勻;按照闆凸度一緻的原則,控製帶鋼均勻變形,實現瞭薄規格帶鋼穩定生產和無平整交貨。

With rolling line process and equipments controlled in 1780 semi-continuous rolling line of Cheng Steel, the thin strip steel is developed: reducing center line deviation of strip blank to make rough rolling more stabilized;strengthening management of water leakage in rolling line and heating temperature to make the temperature of strip blank more even;controlling homogenous deformation of strip steel according to the principle of camber on sheet being same.With all of those, the steady production and delivery without tam-pering of thin strip steel is realized.
