为探明炭微电解法-Fenton 联用对猪场沼液化学需氧量(COD)去除的反应机理和影响因素,并确定此工艺的最佳运行参数,为今后的工程应用、设计和运营操作提供参考,进行了铁炭微电解-Fenton联用对沼液 COD 的去除效果试验。结果表明:在铁炭微电解最佳运行条件温度为(20±1)℃,铁炭质量比为1∶1,pH 为3,反应时间为120 min 处理猪场沼液后,联用 Fenton 法预处理猪场沼液,当温度为(20±1)℃时,以 H2 O2/Fe2+ 为10∶1,pH 为3,反应时间为45 min 的去除效果最好,COD 去除率达75.95%。

위탐명탄미전해법-Fenton 련용대저장소액화학수양량(COD)거제적반응궤리화영향인소,병학정차공예적최가운행삼수,위금후적공정응용、설계화운영조작제공삼고,진행료철탄미전해-Fenton련용대소액 COD 적거제효과시험。결과표명:재철탄미전해최가운행조건온도위(20±1)℃,철탄질량비위1∶1,pH 위3,반응시간위120 min 처리저장소액후,련용 Fenton 법예처리저장소액,당온도위(20±1)℃시,이 H2 O2/Fe2+ 위10∶1,pH 위3,반응시간위45 min 적거제효과최호,COD 거제솔체75.95%。
In order to explore the reaction mechanism and influencing factors of iron carbon micro electrolysis and Fenton reagent combination system on removing COD of biogas slurry in pig farm,and confirm the optimum operating parameters and provide references for engineering application,design and operation,a COD removal test was conducted by using this combination system.Results:The optimum operating conditions of iron carbon micro electrolysis were as follows:temperature (20±1)℃,mass ratio of iron and carbon 1∶1,pH 3 and reaction time 120 min,the removal efficiency of biogas slurry by Fenton method reached the best under following conditions:temperature (20 ± 1)℃,H 2 O2/Fe2+ 10 ∶ 1,pH 3 and reaction time 45 min,COD removal efficiency was up to 75.95%.
