针对宣钢生产的SWRH82B盘条,下游用户在拉拔过程中断丝率高的问题。对易断试样进行金相组织、显微硬度、电子探针显微成分分析,认为连铸坯中心Cr、Mn偏析是导致线材心部产生马氏体的主要原因,心部马氏体组织是线材拉拔过程中产生尖杯状断裂的原因之一,从化学成分和生产工艺方面分析了线材心部产生马氏体的原因,提出了相应的改进措施。

To solve the problem of SWRH 82R wire bar produced by Xuan Steel:too high rate of break when drawn by its customers, the sample is analyzed in metallographic structure, micro hardness and electron mi-croprobe micro composition.It is considered that segregation of Cr and Mn in core of continuous casting bil-let is the main reason to produce martensite in core of wire, whereas the latter is one of reason to cause tip-cup-like break of wire in draw.It is analyzed the reason of martensite being brought about in core of wire in aspects of chemical composition and production process, some improving measures proposed.
