目的：研究甲状腺乳头状癌组织中 MMP －14和 TIMP －2的表达及临床意义。方法：检测甲状腺乳头状癌组织和甲状腺良性病变组织中MMP －14和 TIMP －2的表达水平。结果：MMP －14和 TIMP －2在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中阳性率明显高于甲状腺良性病变组织中阳性率。结论：MMP －14和 TIMP －2在甲状腺乳头状癌中表达呈负相关，临床价值较高。

목적：연구갑상선유두상암조직중 MMP －14화 TIMP －2적표체급림상의의。방법：검측갑상선유두상암조직화갑상선량성병변조직중MMP －14화 TIMP －2적표체수평。결과：MMP －14화 TIMP －2재갑상선유두상암조직중양성솔명현고우갑상선량성병변조직중양성솔。결론：MMP －14화 TIMP －2재갑상선유두상암중표체정부상관，림상개치교고。
Objective:To study the expression of papillary thyroid carcinoma and its clinical significance MMP -14 and TIMP -2 in.Methods:papillary thyroid carcinoma and benign thyroid tissue levels of MMP -14 expression and TIMP -2's.Results:MMP -14 and TIMP -2 positive rate in papillary thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than the positive rate of benign thyroid lesions.Conclusion:MMP -14 and TIMP -2 expression in papillary thyroid carcino-ma was negatively correlated with high clinical value.
