利用数值模拟的手段,在K-ε方程数学模型上计算封闭的N-S方程,对不同类型的PDC钻头喷嘴倾角组合进行了流场模拟。模拟结果表明:喷嘴倾角对PDC钻头的井底流场有明显的影响,不同的喷嘴倾角组合,井底流场特性不同,水力清岩的效果不同。保持中心喷嘴倾角一定,外围喷嘴倾角为20°~30°时,能使井底压力场、速度场达到最优。保持外围喷嘴倾角一定,中心喷嘴倾角为12°~22°时,能使井底压力场、速度场达到最优。

이용수치모의적수단,재K-ε방정수학모형상계산봉폐적N-S방정,대불동류형적PDC찬두분취경각조합진행료류장모의。모의결과표명:분취경각대PDC찬두적정저류장유명현적영향,불동적분취경각조합,정저류장특성불동,수력청암적효과불동。보지중심분취경각일정,외위분취경각위20°~30°시,능사정저압력장、속도장체도최우。보지외위분취경각일정,중심분취경각위12°~22°시,능사정저압력장、속도장체도최우。
Through numerical modeling, this paper focuses on the flow field simulation of thedifferent spray anglesin the basis of closed N-S equation calculation with K-ε equation. Some laws are found that the spray angle of nozzle is important to the flow field quality. The flow field quality changes with theangles of center and peripheralnozzles. When the angle of center nozzle remains un-changed, the angle of peripheral nozzle is 20°~ 30°. And under such condition the optimal bottom hole pressure field and velocity field can be achieved.When the angle of peripheral nozzle remains unchanged, the angle of center nozzle is 12°~ 22°. And under such condi-tion the optimal bottom hole pressure field and velocity field can be achieved.
