目的：分析呼吸内科临床对抗生素的选择与应用。方法选择呼吸内科住院治疗的患者480例，对抗生素的临床应用作回顾性分析。结果480例呼吸内科住院患者，共有374例（77.92%）在治疗中应用了抗生素，共应用27个品种；一联用药率43.32%，二联用药率30.21%，三联用药率18.18%，四联用药率8.29%。结论我院呼吸内科对抗生素的选择与应用比较合理，但仍有不足之处，临床需提高重视，加强优化与管理，以防止抗生素滥用。

목적：분석호흡내과림상대항생소적선택여응용。방법선택호흡내과주원치료적환자480례，대항생소적림상응용작회고성분석。결과480례호흡내과주원환자，공유374례（77.92%）재치료중응용료항생소，공응용27개품충；일련용약솔43.32%，이련용약솔30.21%，삼련용약솔18.18%，사련용약솔8.29%。결론아원호흡내과대항생소적선택여응용비교합리，단잉유불족지처，림상수제고중시，가강우화여관리，이방지항생소람용。
Objective To analyse clinical respiratory medicine selection and application of antibiotics. Methods Choose 480 cases of patients hospitalized with respiratory medicine,the clinical application of antibiotics were retrospectively analyzed. Results 480 cases of hospitalized patients with respiratory medicine,a total of 374 cases (77.92%) in the treatment of the application of the antibiotics,the application of antibiotics in the treatment,a total of 27 varieties; A coupon rate 43.32%,duplex rate 30.21%,sanlian rate 18.18%,quadruple rate 8.29%. Conclusion Our hospital respiratory medicine is a reasonable selection and application of antibiotics,but there are still shortcomings,clinical need to improve,strengthen optimization and management,in order to prevent the abuse of antibiotics.
