目的：评价中药复方丹金丸治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效，分析超声声像图分度变化与疗效的相关性。方法：将60例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者随机分为治疗组（40例）和对照组（20例），治疗组予中药复方丹金丸口服，对照组予安慰剂口服。2组疗程均为3个月，观察治疗前后肝脏超声声像图分度变化、中医证候疗效、中医证候总积分改善情况，并对前二者行相关性分析。结果：①疗程结束后，共59例完成临床观察，治疗组40例，对照组19例。②治疗前后组内比较，治疗组肝脏超声声像图分度差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），而对照组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；组间治疗后比较，2组肝脏超声声像图分度差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组超声声像图分度改善优于对照组。③治疗前后组内比较，治疗组中医证候总积分差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），而对照组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；组间治疗后比较，2组中医证候总积分及积分差值差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。④治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为85.00%、57.89%；组间中医证候疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。⑤中医疗效（痊愈、显效、有效、无效）与治疗前后肝脏超声声像图分度（正常、轻度、中度、重度）呈显著正相关性（P<0.05）。结论：中药复方丹金丸治疗“痰浊瘀结型”非酒精性脂肪性肝病疗效满意，超声检查及其声像图分度变化可作为本病疗效评价的主要方法及指标。
목적：평개중약복방단금환치료비주정성지방성간병적료효，분석초성성상도분도변화여료효적상관성。방법：장60례비주정성지방성간병환자수궤분위치료조（40례）화대조조（20례），치료조여중약복방단금환구복，대조조여안위제구복。2조료정균위3개월，관찰치료전후간장초성성상도분도변화、중의증후료효、중의증후총적분개선정황，병대전이자행상관성분석。결과：①료정결속후，공59례완성림상관찰，치료조40례，대조조19례。②치료전후조내비교，치료조간장초성성상도분도차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），이대조조차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；조간치료후비교，2조간장초성성상도분도차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），치료조초성성상도분도개선우우대조조。③치료전후조내비교，치료조중의증후총적분차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），이대조조차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；조간치료후비교，2조중의증후총적분급적분차치차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。④치료조、대조조총유효솔분별위85.00%、57.89%；조간중의증후료효비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。⑤중의료효（전유、현효、유효、무효）여치료전후간장초성성상도분도（정상、경도、중도、중도）정현저정상관성（P<0.05）。결론：중약복방단금환치료“담탁어결형”비주정성지방성간병료효만의，초성검사급기성상도분도변화가작위본병료효평개적주요방법급지표。
Objective:To observe the ultrasonic effection and its correlation with syndrome effectiveness of Chinese medicine compound Danjin pill treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Method:Took 60 patients of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease into two groups,treating group of 40 patients treating by Chinese medicine compound Danjin pill and control group of 20 patie-nts treating by placebo for 3 months randomly. After the treatment ,we observed the changes of liver ultrasonic ultrasonographic indexing,syndrome effectiveness and total points of syndrome,then researched the correlation between the ultrasonic effection and syndrome effectiveness. Result:①There were 59 patients completing the clinical observation ,40 of treating group and 19 of con-trol group after the treatment. ②the Liver ultrasonic ultrasonographic indexing was significantly different from before the treatm-ent in treating group (P<0.05),and it was not significantly different from before the treatment in control group (P>0.05). After the treatment,there was a significant difference of the liver ultrasonic ultrasonographic indexing between the two groups (P<0.05). The treating group’s changes surpassed the control group. ③Total points of syndrome was significantly different from before the treatment in treating group (P<0.05),and it was not significantly different from before the treatment in control group (P>0.05). After the treatment,there was significant difference of total points of syndrome between the two groups (P<0.05). ④Total effec-tive rate of treating group was 85.00% and 57.89% of control group. There was significant difference of syndrome effectiveness between the two groups (P<0.05). ⑤There was a significant positive correlation between the syndrome effectiveness (be cured, markedly,effective,invalid) and the changes of liver ultrasonic ultrasonographic indexing (normal,mild,moderate,severe)(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compound Danjin pill can treat phlegm and blood stasis syndrome non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with great effec-tion. Ultrasound examination may can be the main method and index to assess the effection in clinic and scientific research to treat this disease.
