目的：探讨因外伤等原因致颞区软组织缺损，进行自体脂肪颗粒移植填充的修复疗效。方法：采用肿胀麻醉技术，低压注射器抽吸脂肪颗粒，盐水洗涤过滤，将纯化后的脂肪颗粒超量填充颞部凹陷。结果：因各种原因致颞部软组织缺损患者12例，进行自体脂肪颗粒移植后效果：术后未发现有感染、坏死及液化等症状。经随访3～6个月，患者均对充填区外观满意。其中10例经1次移植，余2例经2次移植完成。结论：自体脂肪颗粒移植矫治颞部的凹陷能够获得良好和稳定的效果。
목적：탐토인외상등원인치섭구연조직결손，진행자체지방과립이식전충적수복료효。방법：채용종창마취기술，저압주사기추흡지방과립，염수세조과려，장순화후적지방과립초량전충섭부요함。결과：인각충원인치섭부연조직결손환자12례，진행자체지방과립이식후효과：술후미발현유감염、배사급액화등증상。경수방3～6개월，환자균대충전구외관만의。기중10례경1차이식，여2례경2차이식완성。결론：자체지방과립이식교치섭부적요함능구획득량호화은정적효과。
Objective To study the effect of treatment of autologous fat granule transplantation for temporal depression. Methods The fat granule was aspirated in low pressure with common syringe under the swell anesthesia.Temporal depression was filled with excessive fat granule.With the follow-up three months,autologous granule fat in the first injection was supplementary injection. Results After filling with granule fat in temporal depression,12 cases was not found the injection,necrosis and liquefactions.With the followed up 3 months to 6 months,the patients was satisfying with external shape. Conclusion Application of fat granule transplantation for temporal depression with titanium plate skull reconstruction is able to achives a good and stable clitical effect.
