采用离子色谱法,选择20mmol/L甲基磺酸为淋洗液,流速为1.0ml/min,同时测定血液透析液中的所有阳离子K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+,方法平均回收率均在95%~105%范围内。结果表明,该方法简便、准确、精密度高且重现性好,值得在血液透析液质检领域内推广。

The content of Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ in the dialysis lfuid was measured simultaneously by ion chromatography with 20mmol/L methanesulfonic acid used as eluent(the lfow rate was 1.0ml/min). The average recovery of al the positive ions were between 95% and 105%. In conclusion, the method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be widely used as the quality control for positive ions in the dialysis lfuid.
