自身炎症综合征是一组遗传性复发性非侵袭性炎症性疾病,临床特点为反复发热、关节痛及皮疹,但无自身抗体及反应性T淋巴细胞增多.目前研究认为,常染色体基因突变是该类疾病发病的主要原因,由其引发细胞因子和炎症信号的异常导致一系列自身炎症反应的发生.虽然对该类疾病目前尚缺乏理想的诊疗方法,但免疫抑制剂及生物制剂已取得了一定疗效.

Autoinflammatory syndrome is a group of hereditary,recurrent and non-invasive inflammatory diseases characterized by recurrent fever,arthralgia and rashes without the increase of autoantibodies and reactive T lymphocytes.At present,it is considered that the major cause of these diseases is autosomal gene mutations,which may induce abnormalities in cytokines and inflammatory signals followed by a series of autoinflammatory responses.Although no ideal therapy is available,immunosuppressants and biological agents have shown some efficacy.
