以我国正在开展的水生态文明建设为出发点，详细解析了生态文明和生态文明城市的内含以及具体要求。结合东北地区水资源、水环境、水文化现状和特点，论述了东北地区水生态文明建设需考虑的主要内容，为水生态文明城市建设提供参考。

In this paper ,the construction of water ecological civilization in China is being carried out as a starting point ,the contents of ecological civilization ,ecological civilization city and the specific requirements have been analyzed in detailed. Combination of the present situations and characteristics of water resources , water environment ,and water culture in northeast China ,the contents to be considered about the water ec‐ological civilization construction in northeast China are mainly discussed ,so as to provide reference for the construction of water ecological civilized cities.
