目的:研究正常人群组与2型糖尿病患者空腹及餐后2h血清DPP4活性水平。方法正常人群组29例及2型糖尿病组83例,分别记录BMI、空腹及餐后2h血糖和C肽水平,并分别测定空腹及餐后2h血清DPP4活性水平。结果正常人群组空腹DPP4活性水平为(540.58±160.22)pmol/min,餐后2h为(508.32±203.58)pmol/min;0min和120min之间无差异(P>0.05);2型糖尿病组空腹 DPP4活性水平为(583.12±289.28)pmol/min,餐后2h 为(638.65±316.19)pmol/min;0min和120min之间有差异(P<0.05);其中2型糖尿病组和正常人群组在0min的DPP4水平(P<0.05)及120min的DPP4水平(P<0.05)均有统计学差异。结论在正常人群中,其血清DPP4的活性水平不随进食即血糖的改变而发生变化,而在2型糖尿病患者中,无论其空腹还是餐后血清DPP4活性水平均要高于正常人群组血清DPP4的活性水平,并且随进食即血糖的改变而发生变化。

Objective To research normal group and the patients with type 2 diabetes fasting and postprandial serum DPP4 activity level. Methods Recorded the BMI of 29 cases in normal group and 83 cases in type 2 diabetes group , fasting and postprandial blood glucose and c-peptide levels, and determination of fasting and postprandial serum DPP4 activity level. Results There was no difference between fasting and postprandial DPP4 activity levels in normal group (P>0.05). There was significant difference between fasting and postprandial DPP4 activity levels in type 2 diabetes group (P<0.05). Fasting and post-prandial DPP4 level were statistically significant between normal group and type 2 diabetes group. Conclusion In normal group, the level of serum DPP4 do not change with the level of glucose. But in type 2 diabetes group, their fasting and post-prandial serum DPP4 activity levels are higher than those in normal group, and change with the lever of glucose.
