针对60t冲孔压力机摩擦离合器的摩擦片在短期使用后经常碎裂的问题，对离合器结构进行了改进，将摩擦片改为摩擦块，将铸铁隔离盘改为铸钢隔离盘，解决了离合器的碎裂问题，保证了生产的顺利进行，提高了企业的经济效益。
