This paper explained the definition of clearance and analyzed the main factors that affect bearing radial working clearance. Taking the instance of angular contact ball bearings, effective interference of bearing fit, temperature, effect of centrifugal force on working clearance are calculated. By taking actual example and using VB program to calculate the variation of each factors.
