为达到扭矩扳手检定仪手动、自动和电子手轮控制要求，设计了以硬件电路为主的多功能步进电机控制系统，配合上位机及检定仪中的扭矩传感器、光电编码器，扭矩扳手检定仪可实现开环和闭环控制，控制系统除用于扭矩扳手检定仪控制外，还可用于步进电机驱动的位置和压力控制等设备中。

T he torque w rench calibrator calls for different control modes ,such as manual mode ,automatic mode and mode of control by electronic handwheel .Therefore ,the multifunctional stepping motor control system based on hardware circuit is designed .With the support of upper computer and torque transducer as well as optical‐electric encoder ,torque wrench calibrator can realize open‐loop and close‐loop controls . Apart from torque w rench calibrator ,the control system can also be used for the control of the position and pressure of stepping motor driver .
