目的:比较5种后牙复合树脂的耐磨耗性能,探讨影响耐磨耗性能的因素。方法:取Helio-molar HB(A)、Solitaire 2(B)、Filtek P60(C)、Ecusphere-Carat(D)、Tetric Ceram HB(E)5种后牙复合树脂和银汞合金(F),制成磨耗试样,用显微硬度计测定其表面硬度后,分别置于V型牙科磨耗试验机上,以不锈钢球为对磨偶件、萤石粉为磨耗介质,在磨耗压力为3N的条件下对试样摩擦6万次;然后,用三维形貌仪测定试样的体积磨损量和磨损面粗糙度,SEM观察其磨损表面形貌。结果:各材料体积磨损量由小到大依次为:F<C<B≈E≈A<D(P<0.05);各材料硬度由低到高依次为:A<B<D<E<C<F(P<0.05);C、D磨损表面较为平整,呈现典型的磨料磨损特征,A、B、E表面较为粗糙,有明显的材料疲劳磨损特征;各树脂的体积磨损量和磨损面粗糙度均与其硬度值呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:后牙复合树脂的硬度越高,耐磨耗性越好,磨损面粗糙度越低;超微填料含量多者主要表现为疲劳磨损,超微填料含量少者主要表现为磨料磨损。

목적:비교5충후아복합수지적내마모성능,탐토영향내마모성능적인소。방법:취Helio-molar HB(A)、Solitaire 2(B)、Filtek P60(C)、Ecusphere-Carat(D)、Tetric Ceram HB(E)5충후아복합수지화은홍합금(F),제성마모시양,용현미경도계측정기표면경도후,분별치우V형아과마모시험궤상,이불수강구위대마우건、형석분위마모개질,재마모압력위3N적조건하대시양마찰6만차;연후,용삼유형모의측정시양적체적마손량화마손면조조도,SEM관찰기마손표면형모。결과:각재료체적마손량유소도대의차위:F<C<B≈E≈A<D(P<0.05);각재료경도유저도고의차위:A<B<D<E<C<F(P<0.05);C、D마손표면교위평정,정현전형적마료마손특정,A、B、E표면교위조조,유명현적재료피로마손특정;각수지적체적마손량화마손면조조도균여기경도치정부상관성(P<0.05)。결론:후아복합수지적경도월고,내마모성월호,마손면조조도월저;초미전료함량다자주요표현위피로마손,초미전료함량소자주요표현위마료마손。
AIM:To investigate the influencing factors on wear resistance of posterior composite resins. METHODS:The specimens for wear test were prepared respectively from Heliomolar HB(A),Solitaire 2(B),Filtek P60(C),Ecusphere-Carat(D),Tetric Ceram HB(E)and amalgam (F).After surface micro-hardness test each specimen was brushed in a V-type dental wear testing machine for 60,000-times under a loading of 3 N and with stain-less-steel ball as the antagonist and fluorite powder as the grinding medium.Then the volume loss and wearing surface roughness of each specimen were measured using a three-dimensional optical profilometer and the wearing surface was observed under SEM.RESULTS:The volume loss ranked as follows:F<C<B≈E≈A<D(P<0.05 ),and the hardness ranked as follows:A <B <D <E <C <F(P<0.05).The wearing surfaces of C and D were flatter and smoother,showing abrasive wear,whereas the wearing surfaces of A,B and E were rougher,showing fatigue wear. The wear loss of the composite resins and the surface roughness after wearing were negatively relevant to their hardness (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The harder the composite resin is,the higher the wear resistance will be.The surface roughness decreases as the hardness increases.The composite containing more microfillers demonstrates more fatigue wear,while it demonstrates more abrasive wear when it contains less microfillers and more glass fillers.
