本文以罗丹明B,乙二胺和水杨醛为起始原料合成了一个罗丹明B衍生物,以此衍生物为荧光探针,研究了其对金属离子的识别作用。结果显示:加入Al3+离子后溶液颜色有明显的变化。在此基础上进行了定量测定,测定了该探针对Al3+离子响应的选择性和检出范围。
本文以囉丹明B,乙二胺和水楊醛為起始原料閤成瞭一箇囉丹明B衍生物,以此衍生物為熒光探針,研究瞭其對金屬離子的識彆作用。結果顯示:加入Al3+離子後溶液顏色有明顯的變化。在此基礎上進行瞭定量測定,測定瞭該探針對Al3+離子響應的選擇性和檢齣範圍。

A new Rhodamine B derivative was synthesized by employing rhodamine B, ethylenediamine, salicylaldehyde as the starting reagents. The recognition ability of this fluorescence probe to metal ions is investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy. The re?sults showed that the color of the probe presented obviousl change in the presence of Al3+ion. Based on this, the selectivity and detec?tion range were measured.
