目的:观察在下颌中位近中水平阻生智齿拔除术中应用高速涡轮机、微创拔牙刀的优越性。方法选择因下颌中位近中水平阻生智齿导致下前牙牙列拥挤错位的年轻正畸患牙(者)80例,随机分成2组,研究组和对照组各40例。研究组拔牙器械采用高速涡轮牙钻和微创拔牙刀,对照组采用常规拔牙器械,记录术中牙齿拔除术所需时间、术中及术后7 d复诊时患者的症状。结果研究组平均拔牙时间15.1 min,对照组平均拔牙时间32.5 min,研究组平均拔牙时间明显少于对照组,术中、术后反应及满意度调查中研究组明显高于对照组。结论高速涡轮牙钻和微创拔牙刀在年轻患者下颌中位近中水平阻生智齿拔除术时具有明显优势。

목적:관찰재하합중위근중수평조생지치발제술중응용고속와륜궤、미창발아도적우월성。방법선택인하합중위근중수평조생지치도치하전아아렬옹제착위적년경정기환아(자)80례,수궤분성2조,연구조화대조조각40례。연구조발아기계채용고속와륜아찬화미창발아도,대조조채용상규발아기계,기록술중아치발제술소수시간、술중급술후7 d복진시환자적증상。결과연구조평균발아시간15.1 min,대조조평균발아시간32.5 min,연구조평균발아시간명현소우대조조,술중、술후반응급만의도조사중연구조명현고우대조조。결론고속와륜아찬화미창발아도재년경환자하합중위근중수평조생지치발제술시구유명현우세。
Objective To shorten the tooth extraction time and reduce the postoperative complications, observe the advantage of ap?plication of high-speed turbine drills and original luxator tooth instruments in extraction of medial mesial horizontal impacted wisdom teeth of mandible. Method 80 cases of young orthodontic patients with the lower anterior teeth crowded dislocation caused by medial mesial horizontal impacted wisdom teeth of mandible are screened out during 3 years from March 2009 to March 2012, and randomly di?vided into two groups, study group and control group of 40 cases respectively. The study group adopts high-speed turbine drill and orig?inal luxator tooth instrument, while the control group adopts conventional extraction equipments (tooth forceps, chisel, hammer), then re?cord the extraction time, the patient's intraoperative and postoperative symptoms after seven days when referral. Results The average extraction time of the study group is 15 min, while the control group 32.5 min. The average extraction time of the study group is signifi?cantly less than that of the control group. As for intraoperative and postoperative reaction and patients’satisfaction survey, the study group were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion High-speed turbine drills and original luxator tooth instru?ments have obvious advantages in extraction of medial mesial horizontal impacted wisdom teeth of mandible for young patients.
