原糖发酵生产普鲁兰多糖对于蔗糖的深加工具有重要意义。本研究考察了不同碳源底物对出芽短梗霉(Aureobasidium pullulans)发酵生产普鲁兰多糖的影响。结果表明,原糖发酵生产的普鲁兰多糖产量要比白砂糖、葡萄糖和淀粉高16%~53%,且多糖颜色较浅;通过正交试验优化后,发酵培养基的普鲁兰多糖产量可以达到12.39 g/L,多糖转化率可以达到26.65%。
原糖髮酵生產普魯蘭多糖對于蔗糖的深加工具有重要意義。本研究攷察瞭不同碳源底物對齣芽短梗黴(Aureobasidium pullulans)髮酵生產普魯蘭多糖的影響。結果錶明,原糖髮酵生產的普魯蘭多糖產量要比白砂糖、葡萄糖和澱粉高16%~53%,且多糖顏色較淺;通過正交試驗優化後,髮酵培養基的普魯蘭多糖產量可以達到12.39 g/L,多糖轉化率可以達到26.65%。
원당발효생산보로란다당대우자당적심가공구유중요의의。본연구고찰료불동탄원저물대출아단경매(Aureobasidium pullulans)발효생산보로란다당적영향。결과표명,원당발효생산적보로란다당산량요비백사당、포도당화정분고16%~53%,차다당안색교천;통과정교시험우화후,발효배양기적보로란다당산량가이체도12.39 g/L,다당전화솔가이체도26.65%。
Pullulan fermented with raw sugar exhibited a prosperous future for sugar deeper processing. The present research investigated pullulan production under different carbon resource fromAureobasidium pullulans, and results showed that pullulan production with raw sugar as carbon resource was 16%~53% higher than that cultured in sugar, glucose, raw sugar or starch, accompanied with a reduced pullulan color value. Besides, a further culture optimization was conducted using orthogonal test, and the final pullulan production and the sugar conversion rate reached to 12.39 g/L and 26.65%, respectively.
